Sports Therapeutic Massage works in accordance with your lymphatic and neuroendocrine system. It is designed to give results in the quickest way possible for athletes and sports persons, or anyone looking to gain the same results.

Through massage I can release and relax tight or over stressed muscles, which in turn will eliminate nerve related ailments, such as trapped or seized nerves.

I specialise in therapy style massage, as I have a keen interest in getting you back to your sport or daily activities as quickly as possible.

Consultation, postural analysis, stress assessment, treatment, exercises and aftercare advice.

Further Appointments: £30

Forty-five minute treatment, exercises and aftercare advice.

Relaxation Massage: £40

Two hour deep tissue massage to help with the delayed onset of muscle sorness (DOMS).

Flexibility Testing: £30

ROM, postural analysis, muscle lengthening exercises and advice.
